The iDOL 28 sensor is a unique 30 mm capacitive relay sensor with light for detection of feed, grain, and solids in a feeding system. The light attracts the birds to ensure they favor a specific feed pan.
The sensor features a built-in powerful relay with switch function.
The iDOL 28 comes with NFC for sensor adjustment via the SmartAdjust App.

Reliability
The use of electronic rather than mechanic switches in iDOL 28 ensures a unique reliability. Particularly as the electronics are completely encapsulated in special plastic, which provides maximum protection against humidity and other external influences in harsh environments.
The iDOL 28 sensor come with IP69k and NEMA 1, 3, 4, 6, 12, 13 protection. The sensor is also CE, C-UL and UL approved and has a high immunity to noise from electric communication (i.e. from a mobile phone) and transients (i.e. from motors and contactors). This makes the sensor very reliable.
Mounting
The iDOL 28 capacitive relay sensor is easily mounted in a plastic gland, which is also available as a flange solution for easy external mounting.
Likewise, the sensors are supplied with thread, which provides several mounting options.
iDOL 28 with smooth housing can also be mounted with dol-sensors’ T-piece for mounting on a 40-60mm tube with conveying system using only the T-piece and three zip ties.
